【Abstract】 Objective:To find a better and simple treatment for lumbar disc herniation.Methods:One hundred and eighty six cases of lumbar disc protrusion were treated with percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis.Results:All cases were followed up for a long term,and the rate of excellent and good results was 90.32%.Conclusion:Percutaneous lumbar discectomy combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis didnt increase operative difficulty and injury,but developed merits and overcame shortcomings each other,respectively,enhanced the advantages in long term results and extended operative indications.更多还原
