【Abstract】 The seed vigor of several hybrid rice combinations was tested through five different methods. The results showed that there was significant difference in seed vigor among different combinations. A significant positive correlation was found between simplified vigor index and the rate of seedling both in physiological test of germination and in ageing test. The difference of seed vigor among hybrid rice combinations was decided mainly by genetic factor, secondly by ecological conditions during the formation of seeds. The physiological test of germination, along with ageing test, could determine the seed vigor.更多还原
