【Abstract】 Xiangliangyou 68, i.e., Xiang 125S/D68, is a newly-developed fine quality two-line hybrid rice for early cropping season in the area of double-rice-cropping pattern. It yields at about 7.5 t/hm 2 with medium maturity in early rice. Its grain quality is fine with brown, milling and head rice recovery of 79.9%, 73.4% and 50.0%, respectively, kernel length of 6.6 mm, kernel length/width ratio of 3.0 , chalky rice of 12%, amylose content of 13.4%, gel consistency of 84 mm and protein content of 9.3%. The main points in its cultural management and its hybrid seed production were also stated.更多还原
