【摘要】 应用细胞化学法和精子凝集反应研究鸡血循中记忆B细胞数量与卵黄中抗鸡精子I_gY效价的关系。鸡血涂片按古德全改良法显示记忆B细胞(MBL)。卵黄I_gY用35％硫酸铵溶液提取。I_gY效价用精子凝集反应法检测。结果发现,随着卵黄I_gY效价的升高,血循中记忆B细胞数量也相应增加。这提示血循中MBL数量的增多可作为判断免疫效果的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was designated to elucidate the relationship between the number of mer-mory B lymphocytes (MBL)in circulation of laying hens and titre of IgY in egg yolk. Cy-to chemistry for staining MBL and sperm agglutination fest for the assay of titre of IgYwere employed in this experiment.
