硅橡胶介质中超声传播与衰减的研究
Study on Ultrasonic Attenuation and Propagation in Silicone Elastomer Medium
【摘要】 对室温硫化硅橡胶的品种、性能、分子量、超声传播等因素进行了分析和研究,该胶具有低声达特性的透声材料性能,其粘度在9Pa·s-14Pa·s最佳条件时,纵波声速达到100m/s以下,声衰减系数低于0.5dB/mm,为研制特种超声换能器奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Different variehes, chemical strUcti’e, setting conditions and ultrasonic propagation of room -temperatUre vulcanaize silicone elastomer wete investigated. The a special kind of silicone elastomer is developed for ultrasonic detection as low velocity probe. The experimental result shows that in case of the silicons elastomer with viscosity of 9 ~ 14 Pa’ s, the ultrasonis velocity is no higher than loam/s and The value of acoushc attenuation is below 0. sdB/mm.
