【摘要】 研究了Pd/C催化剂制备因素对加氢催化活性的影响,实验结果表明,活性中心之间存在着“集团效应”;Pd/C催化剂中Pd含量较高时,催化剂具有较高的比活性;载体颗粒小,则有利于提高活性组份的分散度,但由于“集团效应”,只有适当的载体粒度才有利于提高Pd/C催化剂的活性。载体的酸洗预处理也能促进催化剂治性提高,还原方式与条件亦有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 The effect of prepration factors of Pd/C on their activities of hydrogenation has been studied.There is a "group effect" among the active centres. The higher content of Pd/C, the higher catalytic activity. Reduing the grain size of active carbon carrier will incease the dispersive degree of active ingredient, but because of the "group effect", a proper graininess of carrier is favorable to increase the catalytic activity of Pd/C, and pre-impregnating the carrier with acid solution will increase the activity of the catalyst. The method and the condition of reduction of catalysts have also some influences on their catalytic activities.
