【摘要】 本文对３９例未经治疗的华支睾吸虫病病人红细胞免疫功能进行了测定，结果显示：华支睾吸虫病病人红细胞免疫粘附功能明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞免疫促进因子活性明显增强（Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞免疫抑制因子活性明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明华支睾吸虫病病人红细胞免疫粘附功能受损，虽调动自身红细胞免疫调控系统，仍表现出红细胞免疫功能低下。同时检测了华支睾吸虫病病人体液免疫功能状况，结果显示：未经治疗的华支睾吸虫病病人在红细胞免疫功能明显变化时，体液免疫功能无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunologic function of the red blood cell of 39 patients suffering from clonorchiasis sinensis of no treatment was determined. It was showed that the RBC immunologic adhesive function of these patients was obviously reduced ( P <0.01), the immunoenhancement factor of RBC was significantly increased( P <0.01), the immunosuppresive factor of RBC was obviously reduced ( P <0.01), which indicated that the RBC immunologic adhesive function of patients with clonorchiasis sinensis was damaged. Though their immnuregulation system had worked,the immunologic function of RBC was low. However the state of the humoral immunity had no obvious changes ( P >0.05) at the patients of no treatment.更多还原
