【摘要】 北京医科大学人民医院医院信息系统建设项目是卫生部和财政部支持的试点工程，是国内建设较早的大型医院信息系统。自１９９５年６月开始建设，目前实现了医院人、财、物管理，门诊收费和住院病人医嘱的计算机处理，建成了医院的Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ系统，并取得了明显的社会和经济效益。作者还对大型医院建设医院信息系统的必要性、投入、信息系统建设与医院科学化管理、建设方法选择、系统的可靠性与安全性、国内医院信息系统热等进行了讨论更多还原

【Abstract】 The information system project in Beijing Medical University affiliated People Hospital is a pilot project supported by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance. It is one of the relatively advanced information system in big hospitals. Since June 1995, this system has achieved computerised data process in hospital personnel, financial and physical management, outpatient fee collection and inpatients medical orders. Also, the hospital Internet/Intranet system has been set up and the socioeconomic benefits are significant. The authors also discuss the necessity, input, alternative choice, reliability and safey of information system construction and its relationship with hospital management for big hospitals.更多还原
