【摘要】 目的：为重新评价髂腹股沟部带蒂皮瓣的临床应用价值。方法：采用带蒂的方式移植髂腹股沟部皮瓣共３０例，其中修复手背严重瘢痕挛缩畸形２０例，上肢电烧伤、热压伤等深度感染性创面８例，阴道再造２例。结果：除１例移植中断外，所有皮瓣均成活良好，修复效果满意。结论：该皮瓣血运丰富，皮瓣面积大，供区隐蔽。虽该皮瓣游离移植已应用较多，但带蒂移植因其具有安全可靠、操作简单、抗感染能力强和用途广泛等优点，仍不失为一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the versatility and reliability of the pedicled groin flap a- gain. Methods:A total of thirty axial pedicled groin flaps were applied clinically. These cases consisted of severe scar contracture of the dorsum of hands in 20 patients , deeply burned wounds with infection of upper extremities in 8 patients ,including electrical burns and hot-crushing injuries ,and congenital vagi- nal atresia in 2 patients. Result : All flaps survived with satisfactory results owning to its abundant vas- cularizaion except for one flap which transplantation discontinued. Conclusion:The pedicled grion skin flap is still valuable due to its advantages as safe ,easy operation and strong antiinfective ability although free groin flap has been widely used today.更多还原
