【Abstract】 There are many drawbacks in existing methods of urban earthquake damage prediction. For instance, some data are not easily collected, the comprehensive effect factors on the damage is considered inadequately, the effective gledicting approach of lifeline system is deficient, and the concern with the indirect loss is limited.
