【摘要】 目的:总结通过改进手术方法、缝合材料,提高尿瘘一次修补成功率的经验。方法:尿道下裂尿道成形术后尿瘘79例,其中大瘘口55例,小瘘口24例。瘘口直径大于0.3cm 采用Thiersch 偏心圆皮肤覆盖法,瘘口直径小于0.3cm 采用瘘口贯穿缝合或瘘口切开缝合法。结果:改进前后的成功率分别为62.5%和89.0%,其中大瘘口的修补成功率分别为50%和86%,均有明显提高。结论:对于大尿瘘应用连续内翻缝合及选用合成可吸收缝线等可提高修补成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Sum up the experience of urethral fistula repair after hypospadias urethroplasty.Methods:Seventy-nine cases with urethral fistula after hypospadias repair were re- viewed.Of them,55 were big(diameter≥3mm)and 24 were small(diameter<3mm).Results: The successful rate of operation before and after modification were 62.5% and 89% respectively. The corresponding successful rate of repair of large fistulae were 50% and 86% respectively.Con- clusion:Continuous inverting sutures with synthetic absorbable material may improve the success- ful rate of large urethral fistulae repair.更多还原
