阻塞性黄疸猪胃粘膜表皮生长因子受体的免疫组化研究

【摘要】 目的探讨阻塞性黄疸时胃粘膜上皮细胞表皮生长因子受体的变化及其在胃粘膜病变机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化技术,辅以光镜及电子显微镜观察,研究阻塞性黄疸时猪胃粘膜上皮细胞表皮生长受体的表达。结果阻塞性黄疸猪胃粘膜上皮细胞表皮生长因子受体明显减少,呈弱阳性或阴性,正常对照组为强阳性。结论阻塞性黄疸时胃粘膜上皮细胞表皮生长因子受体减少,表皮生长因子不能发挥对胃粘膜的保护作用,致使胃粘膜保护性因素减弱,可能是阻塞性黄疸时胃粘膜病变的发病机制之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the changes of the expression and distribution of gastric mucosal epidermal growth factor receptors (EGF-R) and the influences of these changes on gastric mucosal lesion mechanism in obstructive jaundice pigs. Methods Used PAP immunohistochemical method, optic and electronic microscopy observation, we researched the expression and distribution of gastric mucosal EGF-R in obstructive jaundice pigs. Results The gastric mucosal EGF-R content in obstructive jaundice groups is lower than the control group. The obstructive jaundice groups appeared feeble positive or negative in EGF-R expression of gastric mucosa and control group appeared strong positive. Conclusion This data suggest that gastric mucosal EGF-R content decreased and this decrease weaken the gastric mucosal protective mechanism, which might be one of the pathogens that could induce the gastric mucosal lesion in obstructive jaundice.
