梗阻性黄疸大鼠应激时胃H2受体和胃粘膜血流的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨梗阻性黄疸(梗黄)大鼠应激时胃H2受体密度的变化与胃粘膜血流的关系。方法用光学显微镜放射自显影术-体外标记铰链接触法测定梗阻性黄疸大鼠冷束缚应激时胃H2受体密度的变化,并用激光多普勒血流仪测定胃粘膜血流的变化。结果梗阻性黄疸和梗阻性黄疸应激均可引起胃体牯膜及粘膜下微小动脉H2受体密度降低,胃粘膜血流减少。结论 H2受体下行调节能部分地保护胃粘膜血流。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the change in histamine H2 receptor density in the stomach under obstructive jaundice with stress and its relationship with gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF). Methods Histamine H2 receptor density in the stomach under obstructive jaundice rats subjected to cold-restraint stress was measured by using light microscopic autoradiography with hinge contact method by 3H-cimetidine in vitro and changes in GMBF by laser Doppler flowmetre. Results The density of histamine H2 receptor in the mucosa of gastric corpus and submucosal arterioles and GMBF were decreased in both obstructive jaundice rats and obstructive jaundice rats with cold-restraint stress. Conclusion Histamine can partly regulate the GMBF through H2 receptor.
