【摘要】 目的探讨肝贮脂细胞(Ito细胞)在梗阻性黄疸肝窦血流障碍中的作用及意义。方法采用组织特殊染色方法及透射电镜研究大白鼠胆总管结扎后肝贮脂细胞的改变及其对肝窦微循环的影响。结果胆总管结扎2周后,Ito细胞呈激活状态,细胞周围出现胶原纤维;肝窦Dis.e间隙胶原纤维沉积,肝窦狭窄及通透性降低。结论肝Ito细胞可能是梗阻性黄疸肝窦Disse间隙胶原化,肝窦狭窄及通透性降低的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate"the role of liver fat-storing cells (Ito cell) in the pathogenesis of hepatic si- nusoidal blood flow abnormalities in rats during biliary obstruction. Method Histological staining and electron microscopy were used to study the changes in Ito cells and hepatic sinusoids and their influence on the sinusoidal microcirculation. Result Two weeks after biliary obstruction. activated Ito cells locat- ed in the perisinusoidal space of Disse with collagen fibers around these cells were found; Collagenization of the Disse space, stenosis of hepatic sinusoids and decrease in sinusoidal permeability were noted. Con- clusion The findings suggest that Ito cells may contribute the stenosis of hepatic sinusoids and the de- crease in sinusoidal permeability by collagenization of the Disse space.更多还原
