【摘要】 目的介绍一种治疗锤状指的新型外固定支架。方法该支架是由两个掌侧半环形托板和侧方调节装置组成。通过手动调节使伤指远节指间关节固定于伸直位或轻度过伸位。固定期间可带支架进行活动。固定６～８周后去除支架锻炼活动。１９８９～１９９６年，应用该支架治疗闭合性锤状指２６例。结果失访１例，随访到２５例。去固定后随访半年～８年５个月，平均４年８个月。按ＴＡＭ评定法评定疗效：优２３例，良２例，优良率达１００％。结论该支架结构简单，使用方便，固定可靠，临床应用效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a new designed external fixator for treatment of closed mallet fingers. Methods The new designed external fixator is composed of two semicircular supporting splints with one lateral adjusting appliance. The DIP joints can be reliably fixed in extension or minor over extension by manual adjustment. Movement of the involved fingers can be performed during fixation period as well as when the fixator is removed after 6 to 8 weeks. From 1989 to 1996, 26 cases of closed mallet fingers were treated with this method. 25 patients were followed up for an average of 56 months (from 6 to 101 months).
