卡马西平对脑电活动影响的动态观察与定量研究

【摘要】 目的探讨卡马西平对脑电活动的影响。方法应用定量药物脑电图(quantitativepharmaco-EEG,QPEEG),采用功率谱分析方法,对癫痫患者和健康人单次口服卡马西平前后的脑电背景活动变化进行动态观察与定量研究,与此同时同步测定该药的血清浓度。结果随着血药浓度的升高,θ频段功率百分比逐渐增加,α2频段功率百分比逐渐降低;当血药浓度达峰值时,上述变化分别达到最高和最低。结论卡马西平的定量EEG效应在不同频段及不同脑区存在着不均衡分布

【Abstract】 Objective The study is to investigate the effect of carbamazipine (CBZ) on EEG with by means of quantitative pharmaco EEG (QPEEG). Methods One dose of CBZ were administrated to epileptics and healthy adults. The EEG samples were obtained prior to and at regular intervals within the 24 hours following the administration of CBZ. The EEG activity was processed with the power spectral analysis and the serum concentrations of CBZ were assessed concomitantly. Results With the increase of CBZ serum concentrations, the percentage of power progressively increased at θ band while it decreased at α 2 band. The percentage of power at θ band and α 2 band was found to reach its maximum and minimum respectively when the peak values of CBZ serum concentrations were obtained. Conclusion The disproportionate distribution for the QPEEG effects of CBZ was observed at different bands and brain regions.
