【摘要】 设计了用于透皮给药系统（ＴＴＳ）体外释药试验的改良桨碟法，并以两种ＴＴＳ商品——膜控贮库型的硝酸甘油和骨架型的酮洛芬为模型药物，进行了改良桨碟法、桨网法、柱筒法和往复柱筒法等４种体外释药方法的对比试验。结果表明桨网法较好，可以替代美国药典方法，适用于各种类型及不同大小的ＴＴＳ的体外释药试验更多还原

【Abstract】 Improved method for study the in vitro drug release profiles of transdermal delivery/therapeutic system was used to determine the in vitro release of Nitroderm TTS and Morhus Tape.The results were compared with the USP methods:cylinder stirring element and reciprocating holder.It is indicated that the newly developed method is more versatile and even simpler to operate than the USP methods.更多还原
