【摘要】 目的总结经头皮冠状切口的颧部缩小术的经验，并与其它手术切口进行比较。方法采用经头皮冠状切口颧骨、颧弓截骨术（１６例），并同时进行颞部填充（２例），额、颞部除皱术（２例）。结果１６例术后随访１～２个月，效果满意。结论本法具有术区显露充分，截除骨质准确，双侧对称性好，可同时进行颞部填充和额、颞部除皱等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experiences of malar zygomatic reduction through coronal scalp incision and compare it with others incisions. Methods Ostectomy of the prominent malar and zygoma were performed through coronal scalp incision on 16 cases and augmentation of the temporal(2 cases)and frontal temporal face lift(2 cases) at the same time.Results All of them were satisfied in the follow up visits after 1～2 months.Conclusion This technique has advantages such as good exposure , precise removal of the bone block and good symmetry of both sides. Augmentation of the temporal and frontal temporal face lift can be performed at the same time.更多还原
