【摘要】 报告２例创伤性睾丸脱位，１例在伤后２３年就诊并手术，病理证实为睾丸胚胎性癌。指出延期的脱位睾丸复位会给睾丸实质带来不良影响如曲细精管萎缩及精子发生功能丧失等。提出在创伤经过中有类似骨盆骨折或会阴部骑跨伤病史而无尿道损伤病征，可能是诊断本病的重要线索更多还原

【Abstract】 2 cases of traumatic dislocation of the testis were reported, the testis being dislocated to the superficial inguinal region in one and to the deep inguinal ring in the other. For the latter case, surgery wasundertaken as late as 23 years after and it turned out to be an embryonal carcinoma on pathological study. On reviewing 86 cases of traumatic dislocation of testis reported in the literature,a diagnostic clue was pointed out:when a patient was suffered from a sort of trauma such as fracture of the bony pelvis or falling astride which was very likely to have urethral injury, yet there was no evidence of urethral injury, attention should be called to the location of the testes.更多还原
