【摘要】 为了查清百草坡牧场布鲁氏菌病 (布病 )流行现状和特点 ,采取分层整群抽样的方法 ,选择百草坡牧场中心点、周边的县改良站、丙底乡以及与百草坡相距甚远的热柯觉乡的部分人、畜进行血清流行病学调查 ,结果显示 :百草坡牧场人和牦牛布病感染率分别为 31.0 3%和 4 7.19% ,明显高于其他点。职业人群中以兽医和放牧员感染最重 ,青壮年是主要的受染对象。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the current situation and characteristics of brucellosis on Baicaopo Pas- ture,a sero- epidemiological survey was conducted among local people,animals together with nearby county livestocks from Breed- improvment Stations,Bingdi township and Rekejue township which are far away from the pasture.The results showed that the infection rates of brucellosis in humans and yaks on the Baieaopo Pasture were 31.0 3% and 4 7.19% respectively,apparent higher than those in other places.There were more infected cases among local veterinarians and herdsmen than among other jobs.Young adults seemed to be at most risk.更多还原
