【摘要】 目的：研究高压氧治疗对脑梗塞患者脑血流量、脑电图等的影响。方法：脑梗塞患者８６例，随机分为高压氧组和对照组各４３例，均给予复方丹参１６毫升，加入５％葡萄糖生理盐水注射液２５０毫升内静脉滴注，每日１次。高压氧组并增加高压氧治疗，压力０．２ＭＰａ，加压２０分钟，戴面罩吸纯氧６０分钟，中间休息１０分钟，减压３０分钟，共１２０分钟，每日１次，两组疗程均１０天。治疗前后检测脑血流图、脑电图、血液流变学指标和超氧化物歧化酶。结果：高压氧组总有效率９３％，对照组６７％，两组疗效差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。高压氧组治疗后患者脑血流量、脑电图、血液流变学、超氧化物歧化酶均明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），对照组仅血液流变学有改善。结论：高压氧治疗可提高脑梗塞患者的脑血流量和超氧化物歧化酶水平，改善脑电图和血液流变学，并有较好的临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The paper was to study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenaton(HBO) on cerebral blood flow and EEG of cerebral infarction patients,Methods:86 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into HBO group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases). They were all received the treatment of Salvia Miltirrhiza Co.On the basis of this treatment,the treatment group(HBO group)patients were added the HBO with 0.2MPa,120 min/per time,for 10 times.Before and after treatment,the value of cerebral blood flow,EEG,hemorrheologyand SOD in both groups was examined respectively.Results:The total effective rate of HBO group and control group was 93% and 67% respectively,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The improvement of cerebral blood flow,EEG and SOD was apparent in HBO group.The improvement of hemorrheology was only presented in control group.Conclusion:These data show that the HBO therapy has a good effect for cerebral infarction.更多还原
