高速直线进给单元设计
Design of the High Speed Linear Feed Drive Unit
【摘要】 对直线进给单元的基本类型和直线电机的结构布局进行了分析,研究了高速直线进给单元的基本结构,并运用有限元法对进给单元工作台设计进行校验,证明研制的高速直线进给单元能较好地满足设计要求。与传统的直线进给系统相比,GD3型直线进给系统的速度和加速度能提高5~8倍。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the linear feed units with the linear motor and the lead ball screw are compared,while the arrangement of the linear motor is introduced.By using finite element analysis method,the design of the working table is verified to meet the specification of the high speed linear unit,the result of theoretical analysis shows that the speed and acceleration of the GD 3 linear feed unit are 5 to 8 times higher than the traditional feed unit.
