【摘要】 目的探讨各种口咽部肿瘤的ＭＲＩ征象特点及ＭＲＩ在口咽部肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法分析２４例经手术病理证实的口咽部肿瘤的ＭＲＩ征象，并与手术和病理结果相对照。结果ＭＲＩ对口咽部肿瘤定位准确，有助于区分肿瘤的良、恶性，确定病变扩散的范围。ＭＲＩ上各种口咽部肿瘤的形态、边界、信号强度及扩散方式均有一定的特点，但ＭＲＩ对其做出组织学定性诊断仍较为困难。结论ＭＲＩ在口咽部肿瘤的诊断与治疗计划的制订中有重要的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the charateristic signs and the value of MRI in the diagnosis of oropharyngeal tumours. Materials and methods The signs of MRI of 24 oropharyngeal tumours were analysed and compared with operative and pathological finding. Results The location and the nature of benignity or malignancy of oropharyngeal tumours could be defined on MRI. The extent of the tumours could also be shown. Each type of oropharyngeal tumours showed some characteristics in shape, border, signal intensity and the pattern of invasion on MRI. However, histologic diagnosis based on MRI remained difficult. Conclusion MRI is a very useful method in the diagnosis and treatment of oropharyngeal tumours.更多还原
