骨代谢生化指标对老年原发性骨质疏松症诊断的评价
Study of the Biochemical Index of Primary Ospeoporosis (POP)
【摘要】 本文对75例(女55例,男20例)老年原发性骨质疏松症(primaryosteoporosis,POP)和50例(女30例,男20例)老年对照者进行了骨密度(bonemineraldensity,BMD)及尿中吡啶酚(pyridinium,PYD),脱氧吡啶酚(deoxypyridinoline,DPD),羟脯氨酸(hydroxyproline,HOP),尿钙(urinecalcium),尿肌酐(urinecre-atinine)测定。血中钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶(alkalinephosphatase,ALP),耐酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrateresistantacidphosphatase,TRACP),骨钙素(boneglaprotein,BGP)测定。结果表明:(1)老年性骨质疏松症组尿中PYD及DPD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)POP组治疗前与治疗后PYD及DPD相比治疗后有明显下降(P<0.01),HOP/Cr及Ca/Cr无显著性变化。(3)POP组血中骨钙素(BGP),尿HOP/Cr亦明显高于对照组。血中耐酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP),POP组亦明显高于对照组。因此尿中吡啶酚及脱?
【Abstract】 To examine the biochemical index of POP in the elderly persons,75 POP persons (Male,20 and Female,55) and 50 healthy persons(Male,20 and Female,30) were selected for analyzing bone mineral density (BMD) and pyridinium (PYD),deoxypyridinoline (DPD),hydroxyproline (HOP),calcium (UCA),creatinine (UCR) in urine,and Ca,P,ALP,tart rateresistant acid phosphatase (TRACP) bone glaprotein (BGP) in serum.The results showed:(1) The mean urine level of PYD, DPD and HOP/Cr in POP was significant higher than that of control groups ( P <0.01). (2) The mean urine level of PYD and DPD in POP was obviously lower after treatment than before (P<0.01).Meanwhile there was no obvious change for HOP/Cr and Ca/Cr.(3) The mean serum level of BGP,TRACP in POP was also obviously higher than that of control groups.It is suggested that an alysis of PYD,DPD in urine and TRACP,BGP in serum may provide some practicable biochemical in dex of POP for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of POP.
