【摘要】 目的：报道临床应用腓肠浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣的实践经验。材料和方法：应用腓肠浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣治疗小腿远端骨外露、足跟贴骨瘢痕、溃疡共８例。皮瓣切取面积６ｃｍ×５ｃｍ～９ｃｍ×９ｃｍ。结果：全部皮瓣成活良好，切口均Ｉ期愈合。结论：该皮瓣血运可靠，切取简单安全、覆盖范围广，可有效地修复小腿下段及足部软组织缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 he authors used the distally based superficial sural artery flap to repair traumatic exposure of ankle and heel, which was complicated with ulcerations and chronic osteomyelits. Eight cases were treated with this flap and the results were satisfactory. The authors studied the anatomic dissection and operative technique. The advantages of the distally based superficial sural artery flap are as follows:the blood supply is reliable, elevation of the flap is easy and major arteries can be protected. This method is simple and worthwhile for the widespread use in hospitals of the grass roots level.更多还原
