【摘要】 目的了解广州地区摩托车交通事故伤流行病学特点。方法回顾性分析广州市１９９６年１３６４例摩托车致伤病例。结果广州市摩托车多、外来人口增多和１９９６年地铁全面开工致使人车混流是事故频发的主要原因。郊区事故少，但伤亡数明显高于市区是车速过快所致。各种损伤中下肢损伤占总数的５６％；胫腓骨骨折占总骨折数的３６％，其中６２％为开放性骨折。而下肢骨折是致残的主要原因。结论交通管理和急救医疗网络应进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the epidemological character of motorcycle accidents in guangzhou. Methods 1364 cases with motorcycle injury in 1996 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The three main causes of motorcycle accidents are the overneed of motorcycles, the increasing immigrant population and traffic disorder due to underground construction. Accidents in the suburb area are less than those in the urban area, but the number of injuries is much higher. This is because of the higher driving speed. Injuries in the lower extremities account for 56% of various injuries, and for 36% of fractures. Fratures of lower extremities are the main cause of handicap. Conclusion Traffic regulation and emergent medical service should be further ameliorated.更多还原
