【Abstract】 Abstract some comparative studies have been made in this article on the regulation and their implementation in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen in the aspect of supervision machenism, punishment for violation and all-process monitoring and inspecting for the construction projects in order that the environmental protection measures be strictly implemented. The results show that there are some diffferences between two areas in those three aspects mentioned above. The article fully discussed the impact brought about by the differences.更多还原
