【摘要】 用反相高效液相色谱法测定家兔血浆中赤芍８０１ＰＧ浓度。采用ＮｕｃｉｅｏｓｅｌＣ１８色谱柱，甲醇∶水∶冰乙酸（４８∶５０∶２）为流动相，４羟基苯甲酸乙酯为内标物，紫外检测波长２７５ｎｍ，对ｉｖＰＧ后不同时间家兔血浆中药物含量进行测定。结果表明：ＰＧ浓度为２．５μｇ／ｍｌ的平均回收率为９６．７０％，其ＲＳＤ＝１．８３％。浓度５μｇ／ｍｌ的样品平均回收率为９８．８６％，ＲＳＤ＝１．０５％。其最低检测限为０．１μｇ／ｍｌ。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was used to determine the content of Radix Paeoniae Rubar (Chishao) 801 in rabbit’s plasma, using Nucleosil C 18 column, methanol, water and glacial acetic acid (48∶50∶2) as mobile phase ethye 4 hydroxybenzoate as internal standard,and UV detector(λ max ∶275nm, AUFS∶0.02).The average recovery was 96.70% (C:2.5μg/ml) and 98.86%(C: 5μg/ml) respectively. The lowest determination limit was 0.1 μg/ml.The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reliable.更多还原
