干姜挥发油的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 采用气相色谱质谱联用技术对干姜挥发油的化学成分进行了定性、定量分析,共分出107个峰,鉴定了66种成分,该挥发油主成分为莰烯、β水芹烯和桉叶素
【Abstract】 Sixtysix chemical components of the essential oil from Rhizoma Zingiberis were identified.The contents of these components were determined by GCMS.The major components were camphene,βphellandrene and 1,8cineole.
