【摘要】 报告婴幼儿肛瘘３１例，采用手术治疗和中药换药治疗，全部治愈。并结合文献，分析了婴幼儿肛瘘的病因和治疗等问题，认为婴幼儿肛瘘的病因多为后天感染所致，治疗上应以手术治疗为主，并特别强调对肛管前庭瘘应分步手术，以免引起肛门失禁。更多还原
