【摘要】 目的：观察中药对犬腹部手术后肠粘连的预防作用。方法：选健康家犬12只．随机分为二组，分别行大的盲肠切除、肠切除吻合、胃肠吻合、脾切除术，术后中药治疗组用中药浓缩煎剂加入犬食中喂养．70天后处死犬，剖腹观察术后腹腔内粘连情况。结果：中药治疗组大腹腔内粘连明显少于对照组（P＜0．01）．粘连程度轻于对照组。结论；中药对犬腹部手术肠粘连的预防有显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine for intestinal adhesion after abdominal operatiorl. Methods: Twelve healthy dogs were randomly divided into 2groups. The following procedures as caecumeclomy,enterostonly, gastrocnterostomy and splencctomy were respectively practised. The Treated group was fed with food and the dccoction of herbsand the control group was fed with common food only after the operation. All dogs \vere killed 70days after operation to watch the degree of intestinal adhesion. Results: The adhesion in abdonli nal cavity of the traditional Chinese medicine treated group was less than that of the control grouIJ(PRO. 01 ). Conclusion: The decoclion of traditional Chinese medicine had significantly preventive effect for intestinal adhesion after an operation on the abdomen.更多还原
