【摘要】 目的：观察干姜厚朴汤在胰胆管造影前的应用价值。方法：采用随机分组法对于姜厚利、汤（实验Ｉ组40例）、干姜厚朴汤加阿托品（实验Ⅱ组40例）及阿托品（对照组40例）作为造影前用药的效果进行临床前瞻性对照研究。结果：实验Ｉ组、实验Ⅱ组及对照组的成功率分别为90％、90％及97．5％,术前用药效果的优良率分别为87．5％、95％及82．5％，其差别均无统计学意义。结论：干姜厚朴汤对胃肠道的作用类似阿托品，可作为造影前用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of Ganjiang Houpo decoction used before ERCP. Methods: Prospective randomized study was conducted on patients before ERCP taking GanjiangHoupo decoction(Test group Ｉ, n=40 cases),Ganjiang Houpo decoction combined with atropinc(Test group Ⅱ, n=40 cases) and atropine (control group, n=40cases ). Results: The successfulrates of ERCP of Test Ｉ　Test Ⅱ nd control groups were 90%, 90% and 97. 5 % rcspeclivcly.The good preoperatively preparative effect rates were 87. 5%, 95% and 82. 59i) respectively.There were no significant differences among them.
