【摘要】 采用随机分组、自身交叉对比的方法，观察了格拉诺赛特（Ｇｒａｎｏｃｙｔｅ，ｒｈＧ－ＣＳＦ）和生白能（Ｌｅｕｃｏ－ｍａｘ，ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）对晚期鼻咽癌ＰＩ方案（紫杉醇＋异环磷酰胺）强烈化疗后白细胞和血小板减少症的防治作用及毒副反应。患者随机分成Ａ、Ｂ两组（各１０例）。Ａ组第一周期化疗后加用格拉诺赛特，第二周期加用生白能；Ｂ组第一周期加用生白能，每二周期加用格拉诺赛特。两药均在化疗药物末次给药后２４ｈ起，１００μｇ／次，每日１次皮下注射。结果表明，格拉诺赛特减轻化疗引起的白细胞和中性粒细胞下降的程度、持续时间均比生白能的作用强。生白能似乎在促进血小板下降的恢复方面有一定的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors have studied the efficacy and safety of Granocyte and Leucomax on leucopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by intensive chemotherapy with regimen PI(Paclitaxel and Ifosfamide)in advanced nasopharyngeal cancer patients in a randomized,matched and cross over clinical trial.The total patients enrolled were 20 in number and were randomized into A and B groups(10 patients each).Each patient received two cycles of PI protocols.In group A granocyte was given along with chemotherapy in the first cycle only and Leucomax in the second cycle,while in group B Leucomax was given in the first cycle and Granocyte in the second.Both Granocyte and Leucomax were injected subcutaneously 24 hours after completion of the chemotherapy cycle at the dose of 100μg.The results showed that the effect of Granocyte in decreasing incidence and the number of days of leucopenia and neutropenia was superior than Leucomax.However,it seemed that Leucomax helped recovery of thrombocytopenia更多还原
