【摘要】 总结１０年中胰头十二指肠切除（Ｗｈｉｐｐｌｅ）术７６例。其中３０例用ＴＨ（α－氰基丙烯酸正丁酯）行残胰胰管栓塞术（栓塞组），４６例残胰和空肠行Ｃｈｉｌｅ法吻合术（吻合组）。结果，栓塞组无１例胰瘘和手术死亡。吻合组胰瘘５例，占１０．８７％，手术死亡４例（其中胰瘘者３例），手术死亡率为８．７０％。每例手术平均时间栓塞组比吻合组快５２分钟。由此说明：胰管栓塞具有预防Ｗｈｉｐｐｌｅ术后胰瘘、降低手术死亡率、简化手术程序等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 76 Whipple’s operations have been performed by the　authors over the past 10 years.Thirty cases were accomplished with complete　occlusion of the pancreatic duct and the accessary duct as well with TH Resin (αcyanocrylic resin) during operation (occlusion group). Another 46 cases were dealt　with conventional Child’s pancreatojejunal anastomosis (anastomosis group).No　fistula formation or death occurred in the occlusion group, while in the anastomosis group, there were 5 pancreatic fistulas and 4 operation deaths (3 died of pancreatic　fistula) with a mortality rate of 8.70%. The mean operation time of the occlusion　group was 52 minutes less than the anastomosis group.It is suggested that　occlusion of the pancreatic duct during Whipple’s operation has the advantage of　simplicity and low mortality.更多还原
