【摘要】 30例患者经过 2个月的针灸治疗 ,其中显效 9例 ,有效 1 8例 ,无效 3例 ,有效率 90 %。针灸治疗前后 HDS测试及血浆 TXA2 、6-keto-PGF1α含量测定自身比较 ,差异均有显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1 )。说明针灸能改善血管性痴呆 ( VD)患者的智能 ,且能调整患者血浆 TXB2 和 PGI2 的平衡更多还原

【Abstract】 The First Affiliated Hospital,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangdong 510405) After acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for 2 months,of 30 cases of vascular dementia,9 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the effective rate being 90%.There were significant differences( P <0 01)before and after the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in HDS test and plasma TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α contents It is suggested that acupuncture and moxibustion can improve intelligence and regulate balance between plasma TXA 2 and PGI 2 in the patient of vascular dementia更多还原
