【摘要】 在足三里、肝俞、胃俞穴位注射黄芪、当归注射液治疗28例患者,观察其对免疫功能的影响,发现该疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者免疫功能具有双相调节作用。并对使过高的免疫球蛋白恢复正常的机理进行了深入阐述,认为机体感染幽门螺旋菌(HP)以后,即产生HP抗体,并激活补体C3,形成抗原抗体复合物,变为较大颗粒,以便被巨噬细胞吞噬,从而使HP减少,也使HP抗体减少,故使免疫功能恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 28 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were treated with injection of Huangqi-Danggui injectio into Zusanli (ST36),Ganshu(BL 18)and Weishu(BL21)points and its effects on immunologic function were observed.It is found that the therapy has bidirectional regulation on immunologic function in the patients and it is considered that after inffection of pyloric helicobacterium (HP)in the organism,HP antibody will be produced and complement C3will be activated,forming antigenantibody complex,so as to be phagocytosed by phagocytes,so that HP reduces and also HP antibody decreases,thus immunologic function recoveries to normal.更多还原
