【摘要】 对 2 8例高血压病患者针刺治疗前后的血压、血清一氧化氮 (NO)水平及循环内皮细胞(CEC)进行同步检测及相关性分析 ,并与 2 0名健康成人作对照。结果 :针刺治疗后患者血压及 CEC较治疗前明显下降 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;同时血清 NO水平则显著升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,并与血压变动存在负相关 (r=-0 .40 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。提示通过 L-Arg-NO途径影响体内 NO水平而发挥对血压的调节作用可能是针刺治疗高血压病的机理之一。更多还原
