【Abstract】 im:To find out a satisfactory pure Chinese traditional agent for the treatment of coronay artery disease (CAD) by observing the effects of intravenous ciwujia on lipid metabolism in CAD patients with angina.Method:60 CAD patients were selected to undergo ciwujia driping intravenously,60 ml once a day for 2 weeks.The symptoms of angina as well as indices of lipid metabolisms were recorded before and after the treatment.Result:After the treatment,as many as 92% of the patients showed significant relief of their angina attacks.In addition,the level of serum TC,TG,LDL and ApoB decreased in various degrees,ApoA1 and HDL slightly increased,and Lp(a) markedly reduced as compared to that before the treatment.Conclusion:Ciwujia injection can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina and improve the lipid metabolism in CAD patients,and may serve as one of the Chinese traditional medicine of choice in the treatment of coronary angina.更多还原
