比色法测定盐酸吡多辛的含量

【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of pyridoxine hydrochloride using ammonium molybdate at the wavelength of 720nm had been developed. Beer′s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 2 ̄14μg·ml-1. The regression equation was A=0.01+0.0525C, r=0.9991. The average recovery was 100.15% (RSD=0.48%, n=5). This method is simple and rapid to give rather satisfactory result.
