【摘要】 目的：研究中药阿胶、鹿角胶和龟甲胶的理化性质，寻求各自内在特征。方法：采用红外、紫外、原子吸收光谱、氨基酸自动分析色谱及ＰＣ，ＴＬＣ，ＨＰＬＣ，ＳＤＳＡＰＧＥ电泳法进行定性鉴别。结果：３种胶的ＵＶ光谱图、ＨＰＬＣ指纹图及ＳＤＳＰＡＧＥ电泳分析的分子质量分布差别显著。结论：ＵＶ光谱图、ＨＰＬＣ指纹图及蛋白质的分子质量分布可作为鉴别３种胶真伪优劣的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study the physical and chemical properties of traditional Chinese medicine: Ejiao, Lujiaojiao and Guijiajiao and explore their inherent characters. METHODS: Qualitative identification was made by IR, UV, AAS, PC, TLC,HPLC, amino acide analysis and SDS PAGE methods. RESULTS: UV spectrogram, HPLC fingerprint chromatogram and molecular weight distribution for three kinds of Jiao differred remarkably. CONCLUTION: UV spectrogram, HPLC fingerprint chromatogram and molecular weight distribution of protein can be recommended as a criterion for discerning the false from the genuine and the grade of the three kinds of Jiao.更多还原
