醋酸曲安奈德软膏和氯倍他索软膏对小鼠银屑病模型的实验疗效比较

【摘要】 目的:比较醋酸曲安奈德与丙酸氯倍他索两种激素对两种不同动物模型的作用。方法:采用小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂模型及小鼠尾部鳞片表皮模型,评价醋酸曲安奈德与丙酸氯倍他索抑制细胞有丝分裂和促进颗粒层形成的作用。结果:醋酸曲安奈德与丙酸氯倍他索抑制细胞有丝分裂作用无显著性差异(P>0.05)。醋酸曲安奈德与丙酸氯倍他索促进颗粒层形成的作用有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丙酸氯倍他索抑制细胞有丝分裂作用与醋酸曲安奈德相似。丙酸氯倍他索促进颗粒层形成的作用优于醋酸曲安奈德

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To compare experimental therapeutic effect of two topical drugs in two animal models. METHOD: The authors used two kinds of animal experimental models, mouse vaginal epithelium in estrus cycle and mouse tail scaled epidermis to assess the effect of clobetasol 17 propionate and triamcinolone acetonide on epithelial mitosis and epidermal keratinization respectively. RESULTS: There is not significant difference between clobetasol 17 propionate and triamcinolone acetonide about inhibiting the mitosis in mouse vaginal epithelium (P>0.05). There is significant difference between clobetasol 17 propionate and triamcinolone acetonide about promoting the formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mouse tail (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of clobetasol 17 propionate and triamcinolone acetonide on epithelial mitosis are similar. Their effect on promoting the formation of granular layer in scale epidermis of mouse tail is that clobetasol 17 propionate is better than triamcinolone acetonide.
