芝麻有限生长习性的遗传及改良
Genetic improvement of determinate sesame ( Sesamum indicum L.)
【摘要】 1985~1997年,对引入的芝麻有限生长习性突变体(dt45)进行了遗传鉴定和改良。结果表明,有限生长习性受一对隐性基因控制,节位数遗传表现剂量效应,多节位为显性。用原始2节位突变体与早熟普通芝麻杂交获得节位数在5~6个、少分枝、株高60cm、开花早,花期缩短到24d左右的有限生长高代系,且千粒重高。对有限生长习性类型的营养过剩导致的胎萌、蒴果成熟期长、叶片贪青、易感病等不育性状亦得到部分改良。
【Abstract】 A determinate mutant of sesame, dt45, had been improved and tested during 1985~1997. The results showed that the determinate trait was controlled by a pair of recessive genes, and that there was dosage effect on the heredity of node number, polynode trait was dominant. Advanced pedigree lines with 5~6 nodes, few branches, height of 60cm, early flowering, flowering period of 24d, and high 1000 grain weight were obtained by crossing original two node mutant plants with early mature varieties of sesame. Meanwhile, other undesirable characters such as vivipary, long growth period of capsule and susceptibility to diseases were partly improved. The prospect of utilization of determinate sesame was also discussed.
