芥菜型油菜优质强优势杂交组合江矮D1的选育
Breeding of cross combination Jiang Ai D 1 with good quality and high vigor in mustard
【摘要】 通过人工杂交将澳大利亚引进的低芥酸品系Zem-1的低芥酸基因导入芥菜型三系和云南地方优良品种,分别获得芥酸含量低、不育性状稳定的细胞质雄性不育系江矮A和恢复系88—122。江矮A与88—122组配的杂交组合江矮D1优势强,株型较矮而紧凑,耐旱、耐瘠,适应性较广,高产稳产,油酸含量35.41%,亚油酸33.06%,芥酸2.39%,含油量43.48%,恢复株率95%以上。1995~1996年全省旱地区试平均单产2090.1kg/hm2,较昆明高棵增产76.2%,较芥油一号增产7.9%。
【Abstract】 A low erucic stable sterility CMS line Jiang Ai A and a restorer 88—122 were obtained respectively by transfered the low erucic gene from an Australian line Zem 1 into the 3 lines and Yunnan’s desirable cultivars by artificial cross. The hybrid, Jiang Ai D 1 (Jiang Ai A×88—122) was vigorous in heterosis, comparatively short and compact in plant form, tolerant to drought and barrenness, widely adaptable, stable and high in yield, 35.41% of oleic, 33.06% of linoleic and 2.39% of erucic acid in it’s oil, 43.48% of oil content in it’s seeds. The restoring rate was up to 95%. In the provincial reginal dryland tests in 1995~1996, Jiang Ai D 1 gave an average yield up to 2 090.1 kg/hm 2, This was higher than Kunming Gaoke by 76.2%, and Jieyou No.1 7.9%.
