【摘要】 共检定了７株金葡液的生产菌种——金黄色葡萄球菌，经过形态、生化反应、血浆凝固酶活性及对抗菌素的敏感性等９项检查，发现除ＸＩＥ７５００４４菌种对四环素敏感，另６株菌对四环素不敏感这一差别外，其它检查结果全部一致。从而摸清楚了现有金葡液生产用菌种的保存情况，对指导生产和加强管理有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 strains Staphylococcus Aureus used for the production of Staphylococcus Aureus Injection(SAI) were assayed.The tests include morphology,biochemistry,blood coagulase and sensitivity to antibiotics etc.,and the results are identical besides the XIE 750044 strain is sensitive to tetracycline.It is clear about the store condition of the Staphylococcus aureus used for SAI,and it is important for directing production and strengthening management.更多还原
