【摘要】 目的：研究乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）感染者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣｓ）中ＨＢＶＤＮＡ的存在及其与血清ＨＢＶＤＮＡ的关系。方法：用ＰＣＲ法及斑点杂交法对５０例ＨＢｓＡｇ（＋）的感染者ＰＢＭＣｓＨＢＶＤＮＡ进行检测。同时用ＰＣＲ法检测感染者血清ＨＢＶＤＮＡ。结果：ＰＣＲ法和斑点杂交法分别从３５份和３２份ＰＢＭＣｓ检出ＨＢＶＤＮＡ，阳性率分别为７０．０％和６４．０％，各种临床型乙型肝炎ＰＢＭＣｓＨＢＶＤＮＡ检出率均为６０．０％左右。ＰＣＲ法检测血清ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性率为３６．０％。结论：ＨＢＶ存在于ＨＢＶ感染者ＰＢＭＣｓ中，并且ＨＢＶ可单独存在于感染者ＰＢＭ－Ｃｓ，ＨＢＶ感染者各种临床型肝炎ＰＢＭＣｓＨＢＶＤＮＡ检出率无明显差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper was to study the presence of HBV DNA in mononuclear cells from peripheral blood (PBMCs) among subjects infected with hepatitis B virus and its relationship with serum HBV DNA. Methods:PBMCs and serum samples were examined by PCR and Dot blot hybridization in 50 patients with HBsAg(+) in serum. Results:By PCR,HBV DNA was detected in PBMCs from 35 of 50 patients(70%). By dot blot hybridization, we found HBV DNA in 32 (64.0%). With respect to different types of clinical Hepatitis B, the positive rate of HBV DNA in PBMCs was 60.0%. The positive rate of HBV DNA in serum was 36.0%. Conclusions:HBV DNA could exist in PBMCs independently. We found no obvious difference in the positive rate of HBV DNA from PBMCs among all kinds of clinical hepatitis B.更多还原
