【摘要】 目的：检测近交２系豚鼠肝癌细胞ｌｉｎｅ１０分泌的生长因子ＴｕＧＦ（ｓ）对人肝上皮癌细胞（ＢＥＬ－７４０２）生长的影响。方法：集落形成测定法检测ＴｕＧＦ（ｓ）对ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞在软琼脂培养基内生长的影响。ＭＴＴ法测定ＴｕＧＦ（ｓ）对ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞在液体培养基内增殖的影响。结果：软琼脂培养基内培养时ＴｕＧＦ（ｓ）对ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞无集落形成促进或抑制作用；单层培养的条件下，ＴｕＧＦ（ｓ）对ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞在１×１０５个／ｍｌ接种细胞浓度下，具有促进细胞生长的作用；而在１×１０４个／ｍｌ细胞浓度下，则为抑制细胞生长的作用。结论：ＴｕＧＦ（ｓ）对ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞体外增殖的影响依实验条件的不同具有复杂的生物学调节作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Line 10 hepatoma cells of strain 2 guinea pig can secret growth factors(TuGF(s)). The effects of TuGF(s) on the growth of human liver epithelioma cells (BEL7402) were tested. Methods:The effects of TuGF(s) on the growth of BEL7402 cells in the soft agar medium were tested by colonyforming assay. The activities of TuGF(s) on the growth of BEL7402 cells in the monolayer culture were estimated using MTT methods. Results:TuGF(s) showed little effect on BEL7402 cell lines in the soft agar culture system. TuGF(s) promoted the growth of BEL7402 cell lines in the monolayer culture in 1×105 cells/ml concentration while inhibited it in 1×104 cells/ml. Conclusions:[WT5”BZ〗TuGF(s) have sophisticated biological regulatory effects on the growth of BEL7402 cell lines depending on the experiment conditions.更多还原
