【摘要】 目的：研究辽宁产东亚钳蝎毒对内脏痛的影响。方法：用立体定位技术和细胞外记录方法，并做了蝎毒的镇痛作用与吗啡进行比较。结果：以丘脑后核内脏大神经诱发单位放电做为内脏痛的指标，静脉注射蝎毒提取液后，在２０只猫中１６例受到抑制。实验中观察了血压的变化，注射蝎毒提取液后未见血压的降低，反而出现血压一过性升高。结论：蝎毒的镇痛作用时间早，持续时间长，效价强于吗啡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This article was to investigate analgesic effect of Scorpion venom (SV)(Buthus Martersii Karsch Liaoning) on visceral pain.Methods:We compared the analgesic efficacy of SV with that of morphine by stereo taxic techniques and extracellular records. Results: The discharge of the neurons in posterior thalamic nuclei (PO) evoked by stimulating splanchnic nerve was regarded indicator of visceral pain. We found that the discharge of neuron in PO was inhibited very soon after injection of primarily purified extracts of SV intravenously. In 20 cats 16 of obvious analgesia occurred, whereas it did not happen in the remained cats. We also abserved the influence of SV on blood pressure(Bp) did not drop, but increased transiently. Blank control test of extract did not show any analgesia. Conclusion:[WT5”BZ〗The analgesic effect of SV on visceral pain appeared earlier and lasted longer than that of morphine.更多还原
