【摘要】 目的：分析非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）中ｒａｓ－ｐ２１蛋白表达与细胞ＤＮＡ含量和增殖活性的关系。方法：用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学方法研究ｒａｓ－ｐ２１蛋白在３０例ＮＳＣＬＣ中的表达，以超过２０％的癌细胞着色为阳性。用流式细胞术检测细胞ＤＮＡ含量并计算增殖指数。结果：２３例异倍体和７例二倍体ＮＳＣＬＣｒａｓ－ｐ２１蛋白表达的阳性率无明显差别（６５．２％对８５．７％，Ｐ＝０．３０）。２１例ｒａｓ－ｐ２１蛋白表达阳性和９例阴性的ＮＳＣＬＣ，其增殖指数无明显差别，［（２４．５５±５．８７）％对（２３．３２±４．６８）％，Ｐ＝０．５９］。结论：ｒａｓ－ｐ２１蛋白表达与ＮＳＣＬＣ细胞ＤＮＡ含量和增殖活性无关，而与细胞的终末分化有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This paper was designed to analyse the relationship of the expression of rasp21 protein and the cellular DNA content and proliferative activity in nonsmall cell lung carcinomas(NSCLC). Methods: The expression of rasp21 protein was examined by ABC immunohistochemical method in 30 cases with NSCLC. We set the positive expression of rasp21 protein. As more than 20% of carcinoma cells were stained.Cellular DNA content was detected by flow cytometry. Proliferating index(PI) was calculated from the DNA content. Results: There was no significant difference in positive rate for the expression of rasp21 protein between heteroploid (n=23) and diploid(n=7) NSCLC(65.2% vs 85.7%,P=0.30). No significant difference was found in PI between positive expression of rasp21 protein (n=21) and negative NSCLC(n=9) (24.5±5.87% vs 23.32±4.68%,P=0.59).Conclusion: The expression of rasp21 protein did not correlate with DNA content and proliferative activity in NSCLC. Further investigation is needed to ascertain the significance for the expression of rasp21 protein in the pathogenesis of NSCLC.更多还原
