【摘要】 本文对已经报道的天然紫杉烷类化合物按照一种新的方法进行分类，并在此基础上研究了这类化合物的氢谱。研究发现Ⅰ类骨架（６／８／６环系统）和Ⅱ类骨架（５／７／６环系统）的化合物在氢谱上有明显的区别，而且有些Ⅱ类骨架的化合物被误定为Ⅰ类骨架。根据氢谱的研究，对误定的一些化合物提出了修改的建议，这些修改建议得到了碳谱数据的支持更多还原
