【Abstract】 An acid dye colorimetry method was described for the determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide contained in Yumei Granules. Bromothymol blue as an acid dye combined with dextromethorphan hydrobromide at pH 4. 2 to form a colorful complex. With chloroform, the complex could be extracted, and the absorbance was measured at 432 nm. This method was simple, sensitive, accurate, specific and precise. The average recovery was 99. 94%.更多还原
